Using the site means accepting these terms

These are the rules for using ClickCoupons (clickcoupons.ca). By browsing the site or copying a code from it, you accept them. If you do not, please close the tab. This page is written in plain English for shoppers; it is not legal advice.

What ClickCoupons is

ClickCoupons is a list of coupon codes and deals for stores that ship to Canada and the United States. It is free, and it needs no account. You copy a code here and paste it at the store’s checkout.

We are not the seller. We do not stock, ship, bill, refund or exchange anything. Every purchase is a contract between you and the store, under that store’s own terms, privacy policy and return policy.

How codes are checked, and why one can still fail

Every code on this site was typed into that store’s cart and seen to work before it was published, and each listing shows the date it was last checked. Deals with an end date remove themselves when that date passes.

Even so, we cannot promise a code will work at the moment you use it. Stores change or cancel promotions without telling anyone, add minimum spends, exclude brands and categories, cap the number of uses, or restrict a code to new customers. Prices, stock, shipping costs and taxes belong to the store and can change between your visit here and your checkout there. The store’s checkout screen is always the final word.

If a code fails, tell us at hello@clickcoupons.ca with the store and the code. We test it again and take it down if it is dead. That is how the list stays honest.

Affiliate links

Links to stores on this site are affiliate links. If you buy after clicking one, the store or its affiliate network may pay us a commission, and your price is unchanged. That commission is what pays for the site. It does not buy a listing: a code is published because it worked when it was tested, and it comes down when it stops working.

What you may and may not do here

Use the site the way a shopper would: browse it, copy codes, share a link with a friend. You may not scrape the site or harvest its listings in bulk, republish the catalogue as your own, submit coupons or form entries through automated means, try to break the site or its rate limits, or access the admin area. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests a store or network endorses you.

Who owns what

The ClickCoupons name, logo, page design and the text we write are ours. Store names, logos and trademarks belong to those companies; we show them only to identify the store whose coupons are listed, and that use does not imply a partnership or endorsement unless a page says so.

What we are responsible for

The site is provided as it is. We work to keep the listings accurate, but we do not guarantee that a code will work, that a price is current, that an item is in stock, or that the site is always available.

We are not responsible for what happens on a store’s site: an order that goes wrong, a delivery that never arrives, a refund that is refused, or a discount that is not applied. Take that up with the store. We are also not responsible for indirect losses, such as a deal you missed or a saving you expected and did not get. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be waived.

Changes to the site and to these terms

We add, edit and remove coupons every day, and we can change or stop any part of the site. These terms can also change; the version on this page, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Canada that apply to ClickCoupons, and by the law of the province where the site is operated.
